Felsenfeld Legal, PLLC is dedicated to providing a business oriented litigation practice, with its focus on the employment relationship and a search for practical solutions.

We believe that the employment relationship need not be inherently contentious. Solutions to employment – and most other – issues should only require litigative resort when other available avenues have been explored and it has become indisputably clear that no reasonable resolution can be otherwise achieved; which then should be pursued vigorously.
